The Akata Witch series is a trilogy of books written by Nnedi Okorafor taking place in the Ginen Universe where many of her novels and short stories take place in and converge with each other. It follows Sunny Nwazue, a free agent, on her experiences practicing Juju and learning about the Leopard People. Acquaintances she meets on the way, such as her mentor, Anatov, her friends Chichi of Nimm, Orlu Ezulike, and Sasha Jackson, aid her along the way.
